AlwaysMouseWheel is a portable application that allows you to use your mouse wheel to switch and scroll any window even if it’s not the one you are currently working on. This is a surprisingly useful feature for anyone who regularly has lots of open windows at once, especially as this tool comes as a ZIP file that can be easily taken along on a USB drive.

The interface is very straight forward, with radio buttons that enable or disable the program and select whether or not it runs on startup.
